Join us for our latest workshop–a new perspective on “the man question.”
At recent workshops and in conversations with friends and colleagues, we’ve been reevaluating our usual question, “what does it mean to be a man?”

The question may only take us so far. The outcomes from our work that participants care about the most are closer relationships with people in their lives, freedom and ease with their self-expression, and clarity about what’s next with their careers. Growing in these areas may come less from defining alternative versions of what it means to be a man and more from being free from the pressure to conform to one version at all.

What to expect
In this five-hour workshop, we will playfully develop awareness of the many and sometimes contradictory expectations of manhood in our lives. We’ll consider the impact of those expectations, wanted and unwanted. We’ll also consider that we are unable to see and hear the world outside of those expectations. From this radical acceptance of what’s so, we’ll create possibilities for less predetermined, more intimate ways to live our lives, no matter what anyone says that it means to be a man.
