Impulse Pittsburgh Presents: Throwback!

We’re bringing back a popular theme that we did last year celebrating the decades. First, a huge thank you for making our annual beach party a success for the August event. Amazing turnout!! And congrats to the two girls who won the Limbo Contest. Special thanks to the GLCC for coming out and for everyone showing their support for our community.

The Theme for August…

Every decade has something cool about it. The big hair in the 90′s, the MC Hammer pants from the 80′s, the pinstripe suits from.. well, I need to brush-up on my American History. But either way, we all have a box tucked away somewhere that contains some gems from the better eras. Maybe we’re a little embarrassed by them. Well, fret no more! Impulse Pittsburgh is hosting its annual ThrowBack party so that you can put those throwaway items to good use. Come dressed as your favorite era and dance the night away!

Not to mention, DJ Steph is going to mixing it up more than usual. Music from the 60′s, 70′s, 80′s, 90′s and today!

Charity…

Impulse will be supporting the GLSEN this month! They will be hanging out, answering questions and selling raffle tickets for some really great prizes!

NEW VENUE!!

It’s about time we checked out a New Venue. We will be going to a brand new lounge/bar that opened up in the Strip District called Taverna 19. It’s got a nice and classy atmosphere. We’ll be inside for this one at the upstairs huge and awesome new club area. We’ll have a dance floor, large circular bar, and some seating areas for the folks who get there earlier. There is also a huge outdoor deck that is exclusively ours, connected to the large club area!

Just remember to head upstairs when you get there– we got the biggest area of the building

Bottle Service

Bottle service is available starting at $130 a bottle and they’ll throw in a free bottle.. so 2 bottles for one price which means you reserve your very own table for you and your friends. If you’re coming with a group and you all are planning to drink, this is a great deal and much better if you all get individual drinks. Message me for details!

Smallman and Penn should have plenty of available parking in the spaces or on the side of the street.

We will be offering two bracelets, you can take one, both, or none.

Orange- Means you are single and looking
Blue- Means you are interested in hooking-up/close-dancing/flirting in a more risque way.

No fighting, threats, etc. We promise to work hard for you to make every Impulse an experience to remember so we can continue to be the largest and safest LGBTQ Women’s event in the Western PA region. We do offer security at all of our events just to make sure everyone is safe!
