Femmes, friends, partners, lovers!
Join us for this lovely afternoon picnic on Brooklyn Pride for self-identified femmes in the NYC area along with their friends, partners, and allies. This event is child-friendly and dog-friendly. If possible, bring food/drinks to share. But we’re happy just having you there!
Let’s sit in the park, drink some non-alcoholic sparkling beverages, eat some hummus, and be prideful peacocks.
What to bring:
* Yourself
* Any gendered femme identified people
* Femme admirers
* Your femme friends & femme sweetie(s)
* Your non-femme friends & non-femme sweetie(s)
* Beverages and something to put them in
* Snacks and something to put them on. (Cupcakes, fancy finger sandwiches, cracker & cheese, hummus & pita, etc.)
* A picnic blanket or sheet to rest your bottom
* A camera to document all the magnificence!
Enter near Bartel-Pritchard Circle at 15th Street and Prospect Park West. Will post a map to the event page upon arrival.
Please note: Alcohol in the park is apparently illegal so if you choose to embrace substances, please think about how it might put the folks around you at risk.
