Art Lov(H)er is an open presentation show highlighting women of color artists. We aim to create opportunities of visibility for WOC artists that fosters root systems that facilitate & encourage social conversation and community amongst artists.
Art Lov(h)er is an open presentation of art in all its forms. Unlike most open mics, anything can happen on the Art Lov(H)er stage from poetry to burlesque. Every show highlights 2-5 women of color artists of varying genres, including at least 1 visual artist. There is a 10 slot open mic between features. Each open slot is 4 mins. Sign up begins when doors open at 8:00 pm and ends as soon as slots are all full.
